Students will learn the fundamental principles and practices for success in the real world of real estate.

Lab Syllabus
Lab 1 - Lead generation -The lifeblood of any successful
Business. Learn how toattract business so you have a steady stream of buyers and sellers to work with.
• Sphere of Influence- The single most important activity in building a successful real estate business.
• For sale by owner prospecting
• Expired-listing prospecting
• Geographical farming
• Just listed/sold marketing
• Social media marketing
• Promoting and presenting a successful open house
*CRM (Customer Relationship Management) – A CRM will help you effectively generate referrals, manage and convert new leads.
Lab 2 - The Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) -
Learn how to accurately determine property value and access key
Resources for presenting a comprehensive opinion of value and market area study.
Lab 3 - Listing Presentation – Why should a seller hire you?
Getting the listing requires more than just providing a price opinion. You will need to demonstrate how you will represent the seller in helping them get the most money for their property though your marketing strategy. This module will teach you the fundamentals on how to create and present a detailed marketing plan to win the listing
Lab 4 - Buyer Representation – Why should a buyer hire you? Demonstrate character and competency by presenting a service based value proposition for representing the buyer client.
Lab 5 - Contracts – Review and use of all key forms for listing
And or selling real estate.

Lab 6 – The transaction cycle– A complete overview of the real estate sales transaction process from sale to closing.
- The virtual real estate agent- Learn the must have apps to run your real estate business and serve the client from anywhere you are.
Lab 7 -The business development process YOU, INC - Understand how to run a businessthat sells real estate.
There is a radical difference between a licensee and a salesperson; there is an even bigger difference between a salesperson and a business owner. Participants will learn how to plan for profit and growth.
This module is a Rhode Island state approved continuing education class. Students will receive 3 CE credits towards their license renewal.
