Rhode Island requires a candidate for licensure complete a 45 hour real estate licensing class.
1. Candidates must be 18 years of age,
2. Hold a high school diploma or equivalent,
3. Pass the licensing exam
4. Complete a 3 hour Lead class
5. Obtain criminal background check
6. Submit an application to the state of Rhode Island for licensure.
